The ins and outs of ministry can be very hard. Over time, we can become disgruntled and tired, but we are warned against this in 2 Thessalonians 3. Paul says, “don’t grow weary of doing good.” This is a call to perseverance, it’s a statement that encourages us to be so anchored in Christ that we will finish the work He has called us to do.
I'm sure you've read in the Bible where it refers to those who are in Christ as those who "are being made complete" or those who are " being perfected or matured."
